Tansey, Fr. Patrick J.
Curate between 1952 and 1956. 

Tattan, Fr. Henry
Curate between 1943 and 1952. 

Taylor, J.H.
Active member of the parish in the early twentieth century and chairman of the local CYMS at the time of its Golden Jubilee in 1908. 

Taylor, Fr. Kenneth
Curate between 1964 and 1973. 

Teall Street
Site of the old St. Austin's school building from 1859 to the 1960's. 

Tennant family
Family native to Heath at the time of the arrival of the Benedictine Nuns.  Four of the daughters attended the nun's school and one converted to Catholicism and became a nun herself. 

Thompson, Fr. W. (S.J.)
First assistant priest in the parish, Fr Thompson served between 1853 and 1855.  Not to be confused with the second Fr W. Thompson who served in the early twentieth century. 

Thompson, Fr. William (S.J.)
Jesuit assistant priest for several periods 1910-1913, 1915-1918, & 1925-1929. 

Thompson, Mgr Canon Henry (P.A.)
The longest serving parish priest at St. Austin's, Mgr Thompson served between 1943 and 1986.  His tireless work for Catholic Education was rewarded with the building of St Thomas A' Becket in Sandal, and a new St. Austin's School, both in the 1960's. 

Time Capsule
Box containing coins and documents of the era which was included in the foundations of the old St. Austin's School in 1858.  The box was never found during the demolition in the 1960's suggesting that it remains buried in the area. 

Tour, Marie Victoire Mercie de la (Sister Irene O.S.B.)
Member of the order of French Benedictine Nuns who occupied the Old Hall at Heath during the late Eighteenth and early Nineteenth centuries.  She is buried in the churchyard in Kirkthorpe.
